Specialized Venues & Disciplines
To ensure world-class standards, training was decentralized across the nation’s premier sporting hubs:
- Archery: Hosted at the Archery Training Center, Tongi, focusing on precision and technical form.
- Athletics & Wheelchair Basketball: Conducted at the Bangladesh Institute of Sports Education (BKSP), Savar, utilizing their professional tracks and courts.
- Swimming: Held at the Syed Nazrul Islam National Swimming Complex, Mirpur, for stroke refinement and endurance.
- Badminton & Table Tennis: Athletes gathered at the Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Indoor Stadium for agility and tactical drills.
- Taekwondo: Specialized training was held at the Taekwondo Federation Indoor Hall.
Impact and Development
This 25-day initiative provided athletes with access to expert coaching, modern equipment, and scientific training methods. By training at BKSP and other national federations, our Para-athletes benefited from an elite environment that fostered both individual growth and team unity. This program serves as a vital foundation for the upcoming Asian Para Games selection process.
