• Strengthening governance and strategic plan: Articulating a multi-year plan (e.g., 2025-2030) with targets (number of athletes, sports, coaches, medals, awareness campaigns). 

• Infrastructure development: Adaptive equipment, accessible training centers, regional para-sport hubs. 

• Coach, official & classifier development: Training programs for technical staff so para-sports meet international standards. 

• Grassroots programs: Outreach to schools, disability organization, community clubs to identify talent and create pathways into sport. 

• High-performance athlete support: Scholarships, international camp opportunities, sports science support for a select number of para-athletes who show medal-potential. 

• International competition exposure: Sending athletes to more international events (regional championships, world championships) to build experience ahead of Paralympic Games.
