World Archery Para Championships
The Gwangju 2025 World Archery Para Championships held from September 22 to 28, 2025, served as a historic stage for Bangladesh, continuing the momentum from Joma Akter’s breakthrough in early 2024.
Following its official entry into the international Para-archery scene, Bangladesh sent a focused delegation to Gwangju to compete among 239 athletes from 47 nations. The event was a vital platform for our archers to gain experience against the world's best, including stars from China and India.
